#2 - Fulltime (PROJECT BUILDER - Unlicensed) - Job ref - FL-PRJBL
Key Responsibilities :
The position is responsible for the following:

Building Work & Renovations on sites in the Auckland region.

Ensure all work is completed in a timely manner.

Attend all site meetings & site inspections with the Construction Manager / Director, and tend to any required remedial work & snag lists prior to sign-off by the (Licenced) Construction Manager / Director.
Tasks Include supervision, and assistance with tasks if required to ensure timely completion, of:

Coordination of labour resources required for site operations.

Completion of tasks according to the build program.

Liaise with head office to ensure site drawings & plans are up to date and do regular checks to ensure build is according to site drawings.

Cleaning and preparation of construction sites for the erection of structures & buildings.
-
Setting up the job site and preparation of the layouts.
-
Co-ordinate with other skilled tradespeople & subcontractors.

All job-related tasks, such as cutting and shaping wood parts for installation, erecting and fitting wood structures, hardware installation, timber floor and ceilings installation.

General repair/renovation tasks and demolition work as required.

Unloading and loading of materials, tools and equipment.

Identifying hazards, defects and the need for adjustment or repair
-
Ensure the safe use of equipment, machinery & tools in a responsible & safe manner
-
Ensure the daily cleaning of the work area, maintenance of job tools and machines, at day’s end.
